On 5/24/01 I updated the figures in "When does the QuakeIII Community play?" to correct an error that had crept into my date calculation routines. The nett effect of the error was to cause a phase drift when calculating the 'day of the week' for each data point towards the end of the 65 day period. The error doesn't change the broad shape of the scatter plots, nor the conclusions I draw from them, although the details change a little. As an exmple, below are the original and corrected versions of Figure 1a.
